At Freshs.pk, we aim to deliver fresh and quality groceries right to your doorstep. Please read our shipping and returns policy to understand how we handle deliveries and returns.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to major areas across Karachi.
- For remote areas, delivery availability may vary.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered the next day after being placed.
- Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
- Deliveries occur between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Deliveries are organized area-wise, with no commitment to a specific time within the delivery window.
- No deliveries are made on Fridays.
- Same-day delivery is not available.
- All items are procured fresh on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are Rs. 180 per order.
- Free delivery is offered on orders above Rs. 5000. Charges for smaller orders will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If our delivery team cannot deliver your order due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you.
- After three failed attempts, the order will be canceled, and applicable charges may apply.
Returns Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are subject to the following terms:
General Items
- If you are unsatisfied with any item, you may request a refund by contacting us on WhatsApp (+92-336-2069023) or email at contact@freshs.pk within 2 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or adjusted in your next bill.
Chicken and Frozen Items
- Refunds are only applicable at the time of delivery.
- Once the order is accepted and paid for, no refunds will be issued for these items.
Pickles and Chutneys
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with taste, as preferences vary from person to person.
2. Refund Process

- Provide your order details, along with a photo of the received product.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed as per the eligible terms.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed via the following methods:
- Bank transfer.
- Adjustment in your next bill.
4. Important Notes
- A photo of the received product is required to initiate the refund process.
- Refund requests submitted after the designated timeframe are not eligible for approval.

- Always inspect your order at the time of delivery and report issues immediately to our delivery staff or customer support.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet our policy guidelines.
